Your Donation. Your Community. Your Blood Center. Miller-Keystone Blood Center is a not-for-profit 501(c)(3) community organization. MKBC is the only blood provider to the following hospitals, and it is important to understand that only blood donated through Miller-Keystone is transfused at these facilities. MIller-Keystone Blood Center is not affiliated with the American Red Cross. No other blood center organization serves the following hospitals, or acts as a "back-up" for MKBC; we are backed by America’s Blood Centers, a national blood supply network of more than 75 not-for-profit, independent community blood centers that collect approximately 60% of blood products transfused in the United States. Blood donation is a noble act, no matter where you do it. But when you give through Miller-Keystone, you are doing more to help your family, your friends, your neighbors and your community by helping to ensure that the blood needs of our regional hospitals are met.
